Tylor Davidson Lamance was "charged with one count of unlawful dissemination of intimate image after an incident was reported to police" on North Church Street, Chambersburg on November 2, 2022, at 11:47 a.m., the police stated in a release on January 19.
He was arrested on Wednesday, January 18 at 8 a.m., according to the release.
Lamance has been held on a misdemeanor for unlawful dissemination of intimate image and held in the Franklin County Prison on $5,000 with a preliminary hearing set before Magisterial District Judge Annie Gomez Shockey on January 24, at 1:30 p.m., court records show.
But this isn't his only active case at the moment. He has also been charged with a felon for burglary - overnight accommodations; person present, bodily injury crime, a misdemeanor for simple assault, as well as a summary offense for criminal mischief-damage property, according to his other active docket. For that case, he has been held on $50,000, or a total of $55,000 between the two cases, with a preliminary hearing at the same time but before Magisterial District Judge Kristin D. Nicklas.
He also has pleaded guilty to a summary charge for criminal trespass, court records show.
Daily Voice reached out to the court for more details on these cases and learned Lamance had fled from the scene of a home invasion turned assault in Chambersburg on Dec. 27, 2022. He assaulted a man and woman in their home while a young child was present, according to the affidavit of probable cause. The woman suffered abrasions to her elbows and knees after she was shoved to the ground by Lamance while attempting to escape, but the man was badly beaten in the head and face— leaving blood throughout the home before being taken to an area hospital. The couple's door was found to be kicked in but police were unable to locate Lamance at that time.
Lamance is a father with several young children who is originally from Pensacola, Florida, according to his social media profiles.
